Do you offer Afterpay or PayPal?

Yes, we do. For your convenience and peace-of-mind, Clinic of Calm offers both PayPal and Afterpay for all transactions in-store or online, both in Australia and Internationally.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days. These times may vary during our peak periods, such as during holiday periods, sales and promotions or when we are experiencing high volumes of orders. At Clinic of Calm we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and advise you of any delays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, generally they take up to 1-5 business days during non promo/peak periods for all Australian metro orders, and up to 6-10 business days for all rural and WA orders. These times may vary during peak, lockdown or holiday seasons. All interstate metropolitan orders are generally received from 7-14 days. Shipping for all International orders can take up to 4 weeks, depending on your country of residence.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at Clinic of Calm we are happy to ship internationally to 220 international locations including New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Asia. Please note any additional costs, import duties, customs and taxes may apply to countries outside of Australia. As we have no control over this, it is recommended that you contact your customs office for any additional costs relevant to your country.

What is your returns policy?

Exchanges and returns are available at the discretion of Clinic of Calm within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Exchanges and returns only apply to full-priced items. We DO NOT offer exchanges and returns on Mystery Boxes or consumable wellness products. Please note: Shipping costs for the return and re-send of goods are at the consumers expense. What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

All of our items are thoroughly quality checked as part of the packing process before leaving our studio. We will always do our very best to ensure that every order arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if your order does arrive to you in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us at customerservice@clinicofcalm.com.au within 72hrs with your order number and a photo and description of the problem, and our team will do their very best to resolve it for you promptly.

Are your mists and oil rollers safe to use on babies or pregnant women?

While our Mist Ranges and Oil Roller Blends are made from the highest quality essential oils, we do not recommend using them on babies, toddlers, on open wounds or if you are pregnant.

Are your products a substitute for medical advice or treatment?

No. All information content on our Clinic of Calm website should in no way be considered medical advice. Our product information is not intended to cure, prevent, treat or diagnose any disease or medical conditions. You are responsible for your own health and safety. Are your crystals ethically sourced?

All of our crystals have been sourced from suppliers all over the world in locations such as Brazil, Peru, Madagascar, India, Canada, America, Indonesia and Australia. Our crystals and minerals are carefully and thoughtfully hand chosen by our experienced Crystal specialists from the most ethically possible sources available. Each crystal has also been cleansed and energised before leaving our store. We encourage you to take some time to programme your crystals, or set your own positive and personal intentions that are unique and special to you.

How do I book a session with Kyla?

Kyla operates on an appointment only basis. All bookings can be made by texting your details to 0414477328 or using the CONTACT US form on our website, or by emailing bookings@clinicofcalm.com.au Please be advised that the wait times for a session vary ranging from 2-3 weeks in quiet periods up to 5months in peak time.

Can I go on a wait list for a sooner appointment?

Yes, you certainly can request to be added to our cancellation list, however there is no guarantee this will ensure a sooner session option is offered to you.

Can I record my session?

You may tape your Reading with Kyla, however you must provide your own recording device.

Can I attend my session with my (Friend/partner/family member)?

Unfortunately Kyla will only allow one person to attend at a time. This is to ensure the energy being read in the room is undoubtably the enquirers.
