Directions:

1. Hold Palo Santo stick or Sandalwood stick over candle, lighter or match.
2. Hold the stick downward at a 45 degree angle.
3. Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.
4. Blow out the flame and place in your heatproof vessel.
5. Using breath or feather blow smoke through the area or aura to be cleansed.
6. Once finished always ensure sticks are completely extinguished.
7. Never leave lit objects unattended.
